How is Insource different from other consultants offering pricing negotiation help?
We're focused on three of the most difficult, non-transparent, negotiable cost items within your budget: transportation, technology and telecom. Our team is made up of experts from those three industries. We don't do office supplies or landscaping services or claim a "Jack-of-all-trades" approach. We focus on and provide real expertise with the three most challenging cost items to manage.
How much can I expect to save?
A significant amount. Because our client list is comprised of companies spending at least $1 million per year on any of our three focused cost specialties (and as much as $250 million), the 5-25% savings we can generate is usually a number worth pursuing. How much will this cost us?
Our fees are client specific, but are almost always based on a contingency basis. We earn a fee based on a percentage of the savings our work generates. It's a simple net-sum-gain engagement.

We can provide transparency into cost and margins as well as offer the latest tactics for improving overall costs -- not just discount points. We work on hundreds of contracts and agreements every year, so our database and analysis techniques will generate savings most companies didn't realize were possible. These are extremely non-transparent costs, meaning that it's really difficult for your company to understand what the real bottom line is from your suppliers.
